Job Title: Marketing Lead

Location: Calicut

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or cloud

solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Lead to take

charge of our marketing efforts. This role involves planning and executing marketing

strategies, driving lead generation, organizing high-impact events, building the brand,

and ensuring the creation and execution of effective marketing content and digital

campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

● Define and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals

● Create quarterly and annual marketing plans with defined KPIs and budgets

● Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategy

● Align marketing goals with sales and business development efforts

2. Lead Generation

● Develop and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across digital, email,

content, and event channels

● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion

● Track and report campaign performance, optimizing for ROI

3. Event Marketing

● Plan, execute, and manage physical and digital events (e.g., webinars, expos,

partner meets)

● Drive attendance through targeted campaigns

● Measure event ROI and capture leads for sales follow-up

4. Brand Building

● Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms

● Drive visibility through storytelling, PR opportunities, partnerships, and

industry thought leadership

● Monitor and enhance the brand's presence across digital and offline

touchpoints

5. Content & Collateral Creation

● Oversee creation of high-quality marketing assets including:

■ Brochures, company profiles, service overviews

■ Website content and landing pages

■ Videos, corporate films, posters, and social creatives

● Work with internal teams and vendors to maintain brand tone and visual

appeal

6. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

● Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM,

email, social, content marketing)

● Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize

campaigns

● Monitor analytics and ensure continuous improvement based on data-driven

insights

7. Marketing Automation & CRM

● Experience with tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

● Implement workflows to automate lead nurturing and track the full customer

journey.

Requirements

● 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or cloud products

● Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, digital campaigns,

and content creation

● Proven track record in lead generation and event marketing

● Excellent communication and leadership skills

● Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Zoho, Adobe Creative

Suite

● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or

related field
