Job Summary
You will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a fast-growing electronics and home-automation company with multiple brands (hardware products, B2B, D2C, integrator services). Your job is to drive brand awareness, product demand, and qualified leads across all channels with a strong focus on ROI and execution.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Build and maintain brand identities for multiple sub-brands.
  • Define messaging frameworks, value propositions, and USPs.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, visual design, and storytelling.
2. Product Marketing
  • Create launch plans for new hardware products.
  • Develop datasheets, manuals, brochures, GTM decks.
  • Benchmark competitors and maintain comparison matrices.
  • Convert technical features into value-driven messaging.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance
  • Execute campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
  • Manage website content, SEO/SEM, landing pages.
  • Build funnels for B2B and D2C.
  • Track CAC, CPL, ROAS.
4. Content & Design Coordination
  • Create content calendars.
  • Oversee social media, blogs, product videos.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, 3D team.
  • Maintain brand standards.
5. Channel & Partner Marketing
  • Provide distributors/integrators with marketing assets.
  • Build partner decks and onboarding material.
  • Support co-branded campaigns.
6. Events & Offline Marketing
  • Plan exhibitions and launch events.
  • Handle booth design, printing, logistics.
  • Track offline marketing ROI.
7. Marketing Operations & Reporting
  • Create dashboards and insights.
  • Manage budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Run A/B tests and optimize continuously.
  • Maintain organised file structures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
  • Digital marketing expertise.
  • Hardware/tech product marketing experience.
  • Strong copywriting.
  • Basic design understanding.
  • CRM, analytics, SEO/SEM knowledge.
  • Performance ads experience.
Soft Skills:
  • Highly organised and deadline-driven.
