Marketing Lead

Position: Marketing Lead


Experience: 3–4 years (including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role)

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Head of Marketing


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to head our digital marketing and brand communication efforts. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist who can balance hands-on execution with team leadership, driving impactful campaigns and strengthening our digital presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Oversee planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all major social media platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Lead the team in responding to customer interactions, building engagement, and fostering a strong online community.
  • Campaign Leadership: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to achieve brand and sales objectives.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all posts, stories, and digital materials align with the brand’s voice and positioning.
  • Brand Development: Manage and grow primary and secondary brand channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and strategy teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide junior team members, providing feedback, creative direction, and skill development opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns and content calendars.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
