ConvoFlow is an AI agency. We build AI voice agents, AI chatbots, and AI automation systems for service businesses across the UAE and UK. Two years in the market. Clients include Zabeel Institute, DarGlobal, and Jetlux.

We are hiring our first dedicated marketing person. There is no team. You are the whole function.

The role

Your primary job is paid performance marketing. Meta is our main acquisition channel. You build campaigns, test creatives, kill what does not work, and scale what does. You own the numbers.

Secondary is content. You write ad scripts for the founder to deliver to camera. You film and edit short-form content yourself. You are not briefing an editor. You are the editor.

Everything else in marketing falls to you too. Organic posts, competitive research, weekly reporting. If it belongs in marketing, it is yours.

What you need

You have run Meta ads in the UAE market and you have results to back it up. Leads, cost per acquisition, conversion rates. Specific numbers, not vague claims.

You can operate a camera, set up a shot, and edit short-form video to a professional standard. This is not optional.

You can write copy that sounds like a real person talking, not a brochure. You read it out loud before you send it.

You use AI tools in your daily workflow and have built or automated something useful with them in the last 6 months.

You are Dubai-based and you understand how UAE business owners think, spend, and buy.

You want to own something and build a real track record. You are not looking for a comfortable job with a big team around you.

What you get

AED 5,000 base to 10,000 depending on experience, with performance bonuses on top. Direct access to the founder from day one. A real path to grow into the Head of Marketing role as the company scales.
