Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Lead to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the home healthcare industry and be capable of leading marketing initiatives, business development activities, referral partnerships, and brand awareness campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase patient referrals, strengthen market presence, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home healthcare services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and referral channels.
• Lead digital marketing, social media, and branding activities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with operations and management teams to achieve business targets.
• Prepare marketing reports, performance analysis, and growth strategies.
• Support patient acquisition and client relationship management initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with DHA regulations and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 4–5 years of marketing experience in the UAE.
• Mandatory experience in Home Healthcare or Healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare market and referral network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in digital marketing and business development preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
