About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing function. The primary purpose of this role is to generate qualified leads that drive business growth and expand ECI’s footprint in the life sciences sector. This is a high-impact position for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at both independent and collaborative work, and is passionate about delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and hands-on executor with meticulous attention to detail. This is a remote position with up to 15% travel required.


What you will do


  • Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that align with ECI’s business objectives and drive qualified leads.

  • Market & Customer Insights: Identify target markets, customer segments, and positioning strategies through rigorous market research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, webinars, conferences, etc.) to maximize reach and impact, along with search engine optimization (SEO) and paid ads.

  • Brand Stewardship: Strengthen ECI’s brand presence and ensure consistent, high-quality and compelling messaging across all platforms and materials.

  • Content Leadership: Oversee creation of high-quality marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, presentations, website, social media, etc.) in collaboration with subject matter experts.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with industry partners, thought leaders, clients, trade associations, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

  • Performance Measurement: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, business development, and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.

  • Go-Getter Attitude: Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets.

What you will bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in life sciences consulting or related industries.

  • Deep understanding of life sciences industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory environments.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools, SEO, CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot), and design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Resourceful, creative, and solutions-oriented, with a track record of overcoming challenges.

  • Positive, adaptable, and resilient in the face of change and ambiguity.

  • Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
