Job Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves managing campaigns, supervising the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Oversee brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts.
• Create and oversee production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in a marketing management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in social media management, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of consumer behavior in lifestyle and luxury segments.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
