Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness for our new SaaS offering. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and develop effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. It also requires working very closely with restaurant managers and owners to help them grow their business.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to promote products and services.
  • Lead multichannel marketing initiatives that integrate digital, print, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and enhance advertising sales initiatives.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for designing visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in B2B marketing.
  • Create compelling content for various channels, including email marketing, blogs, and website updates using WordPress.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage budgets for marketing projects while ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Skills

  • Proficient in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies and B2B marketing principles.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with HTML for website updates and enhancements.
  • Excellent research skills to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Strong copywriting abilities for creating persuasive promotional materials.
  • Proficient in Google AdWords for managing paid search campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
