We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the renewable energy sector.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital and traditional marketing, team management, and market positioning, with a proven ability to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, paid ads, email marketing).
• Organize and oversee marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
• Manage content creation, including brochures, presentations, and online media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and client engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, preparing regular reports for management.
• Build and manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure efficient execution of activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in marketing (renewable energy or related industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to drive innovative campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
