Marketing Manager – Manufacturing Unit (Lubricants )

Location: Qatar

Industry: Manufacturing – Lubricants / Industrial Products

Employment Type: Full-Time

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English , and preferably have experience in lubricant or industrial product marketing . This is a purely marketing-focused role (non-sales) aimed at building brand awareness, enhancing corporate identity, and managing online presence

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development & Strategy:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy tailored for industrial and B2B segments.
  • Build and manage the company’s brand identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in product packaging, brochures, and promotional assets.

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and manage content across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube .
  • Oversee website content , SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online ads.
  • Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
  • Manage digital content creation including videos, graphics, and blog posts.

Corporate Communications & PR:

  • Write and distribute press releases, company announcements, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate company participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and events .
  • Liaise with external agencies, designers, and media platforms.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor branding efforts.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and suggest content strategies accordingly.
  • Support product launches with technical marketing content and brand positioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in lubricants, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing .
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand development , and corporate communication .
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory – both written and verbal
