The Marketing Manager for Tattu Dubai is responsible for executing all venue-level marketing activity in line with the overarching brand strategy set by the UK team. This includes digital marketing, PR coordination, influencer engagement, local partnerships, and campaign execution tailored for the Dubai market. The role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with the UK-based marketing team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Content Creation
    Develop locally relevant content that aligns with brand tone, style, and visual identity.
    • Coordinate photography and videography for marketing campaigns, events, and social Platforms.
    • Produce and adapt written content for multi-channel use including digital, email, and print.
  • Social Media Management
    Manage and maintain daily activity across Tattu Dubai’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
    • Plan content calendars aligned with venue activity, brand campaigns, and local trends.
    • Engage with users, respond to queries, and manage direct community interactions.
    • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • CRM Implementation Management
    Support the implementation and optimization of CRM tools for the Dubai market.
    • Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns in line with guest data insights.
    • Work with the UK team on guest segmentation, loyalty initiatives, and automated communications.
  • Website Updates
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date content on the Dubai websites and Google My Business ensuring the content reflects the current menus, promotions, and operational details.
    • Coordinate with UK team or digital agency on larger website developments.
  • Public Relations Media Coordination
    Act as the main point of contact for local PR agencies and media partners.
    • Support media planning, press releases, event hosting, and reactive opportunities.
    • Ensure all PR output aligns with the wider brand messaging and tone.
  • Influencer Management
    Alongside PR agency, identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant Dubai-based influencers in food, lifestyle, and luxury.
    • Coordinate influencer visits, hosting, and content deliverables.
    • Track and report on influencer performance and ROI.
    • Ensure influencer collaborations reflect the brand's premium positioning and values.
  • Marketing Collateral Development
    Produce branded print and digital collateral (e.g., menus, flyers, event signage).
    • Work with designers and printers to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
    • Ensure timely updates to all in-venue and promotional materials.
  • Print Management
    Oversee print production processes from sourcing to delivery.
    • Manage relationships with local suppliers to ensure quality and cost control.
    • Track inventory levels and coordinate reorders as needed.
  • Local Marketing Campaign Execution
    Plan and execute Dubai-specific marketing initiatives tailored to local and tourism audiences.
    • Deliver seasonal campaigns, events, and promotional activations in line with business objectives.
    • Monitor campaign impact and adjust tactics where needed to improve effectiveness.

Collaboration and Reporting

Regularly align with the UK-based marketing team to ensure strategic consistency.
  • Join weekly remote marketing meetings and contribute Dubai-specific updates.
  • Provide monthly reporting across digital performance, PR activity, campaign impact, and local insights.
  • Work with Head of Marketing to ensure all marketing activity stays within budget.
