Marketing Manager: Content & Customer Engagement
Focus: Customer-facing marketing content, sales enablement, and digital presence.
Responsibilities:

Paid Pair Initiatives

Track revenue impact of email marketing and social campaigns, including:

Email open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion to sales.

Social engagement and lead generation performance.
-
Develop attribution for marketing-driven revenue from direct mail, flyers, and sales enablement tools.

Adjust content strategies based on revenue trends and customer engagement data.
-
Review customer surveys monthly for voice of the customer.

Customer Marketing Content:

Weekly emails (content creation & execution).
-
Weekly social posts (strategy, scheduling, and execution).
-
Monthly sales enablement tools (e.g., netsuite email templates, event booth needs, patient facing flyers).

Piggybacks and direct mail pieces.
-
Hold messages (scriptwriting and coordination).
-
Digital Presence & Advertising:

Website landing page and banner placements for lead generation.

SEO strategy & performance tracking.

PPC management & optimization.

Website oversight and updates for SEO/PPC

Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a marketing ownership role – demonstrated understanding of traditional marketing channels and experience managing day-to-day operations within a similar environment.
- Exceptional communication skills. You understand the “big picture” and can operate (and delegate) accordingly.
- Resourceful and diligent with a keen eye for details. You understand the importance of brand consistency and voice, as conveyed across all channels.
- Commitment to quality and results. Your professional experience speaks to your commitment to producing only the highest quality, compelling content that aligns with overarching business objectives.
- Experience in CPG marketing, B2B or B2C, is strongly preferred.
