Marketing Manager

We are partnered with a developer who is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for both residential and commercial real estate projects. This role will focus on building brand visibility, driving sales and leasing, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies across residential and commercial real estate, including branding, digital campaigns, and collateral.
  • Manage B2C and B2B initiatives to generate leads, attract tenants and buyers, and support leasing and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on content, creative direction, digital advertising, and lead generation.
  • Oversee digital content creation, CRM, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and performance tracking.
  • Support events, presentations, and property promotions with high-impact materials and messaging.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and creative assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in real estate (residential and/or commercial).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with digital tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in luxury real estate marketing.
  • Familiarity with leasing software (CoStar, LoopNet).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
