We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning, brand development, and integrated campaigns across emerging and established regions, with a focus on the Middle East, CIS, and Asia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with Maddox’s commercial objectives.
  • Lead product positioning, branding, and launch plans across priority markets.
  • Work closely with business development, regulatory affairs, and sales teams to ensure unified market messaging.
  • Align marketing initiatives with commercial and regulatory timelines.
  • Conduct market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Oversee creation of promotional content, visual assets, and digital campaigns tailored to HCPs and stakeholders.
  • Manage external agencies, digital platforms, and event logistics (e.g., conferences, product briefings).
  • Track KPIs and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all touchpoints.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing (generics, biosimilars, or branded products).
  • Deep understanding of MENA, CIS, or Asian healthcare markets.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into impactful execution.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing and HCP engagement .
  • Fluent in English ; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus.
  • Team player with a solution-oriented mindset and commercial awareness
