Marketing Manager

Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive business growth across retail, e-commerce, and digital platforms. Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns including ATL,BTL, digital, influencer marketing, events, and PR.

Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, merchandising, sales, and external agencies.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Supervise content creation across channels (social media, website, email, etc.) ensuring brand consistency.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Support new product launches, store openings, and key brand events. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

4-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods.

Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and paid media strategies.

Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and branding.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce marketing and D2C growth strategies.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
