Sales and Purchasing Administrator

Company : Arpan Engineering Corporation

(Manufacturing of Industrial Valves, Trading of Pipes, Fittings and Structural Steel ).

Purchase - Responsibilities :

  • Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

Sales - Responsibilities :

  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Preparing Quotations and follow-up for purchase orders.
  • Collaborating with project teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in sales and the technology field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

Diploma / Degree Engineers in Mechanical Field will be preferred.

Knowledge of Autocad 2D software.

Experience of working in Valves Industry will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,050.00 per month
