Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager to join our retail company, which specializes in home appliances and features an extensive range of products—including our exclusive in-house brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to boost our retail presence and promote private label products.

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a marketing team to successfully meet campaign goals and objectives.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure marketing efforts align with the overall growth strategy of the company.

Campaign Management: Create both short-term and long-term marketing initiatives to support business expansion and market penetration.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail or the home appliances sector.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Registered in the Ministry of Labor.

In-depth understanding of marketing strategies, market segmentation, and customer analytics.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
