THE ROLE

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven Marketing Manager that can meet our business’ evolving needs and rise to market demands. In this role, you will help us expand our reach, drive revenue, and shape the future of our ecommerce business. This person will work with the Business Owner and Chief Operations Officer to pursue new and existing business opportunities and oversee digital marketing strategies and execution. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns and manage content creation for our 800+ products.
  • Ability to manage a large, customized website and collaborate with our third-party ColdFusion vendor.
  • Expand and manage our online presence via PPC, SEO, AI platforms (like ChatGPT), social media, website maintenance, among other platforms and tools.
  • Bring new marketing ideas to the table. Find new markets, products, and customer segments then lead and manage growth in those areas.
  • Harvest existing business opportunities and execute strategies to improve those revenue streams.
  • Refine and optimize our current marketing programs. Lead, organize, manage, the program to support growth and expansion.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, identify new market opportunities, analyze customer behavior and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
  • Meet growth targets and provide regularly scheduled updates on progress towards meeting targets.
  • Create and manage marketing Key Performance Indicators. Analyze campaign performance, ROI, and other marketing metrics, prepare regular reports for leadership team, then consult and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
  • Lead the introduction and management of programmatic digital advertising, including developing strategy, selecting partners/platforms, and overseeing execution.
  • Embrace our company's mission in empowering our customers’ health journey by providing affordable and convenient lab testing to anyone in the US, and become fluent in the services we provide.
  • Foster our culture of growth by striving for excellence, continuous improvement, and agility in working multiple priorities at a time.
  • Grow team members that work on Marketing related stretch projects, including assisting team members that handle design and content creation to produce engaging marketing materials.
  • Create and update process documentation.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to take on other duties as assigned, even if unrelated to Marketing, to help manage our small business.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing with a focus in ecommerce environments.
  • Record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing positioning and messaging for large, complex product portfolios.
  • Ability to segment audiences and tailor strategies by product, persona, or lifecycle stage.
  • Familiarity with large-scale web architecture (SEO at scale, taxonomy, navigation logic).
  • Master in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including proficiency in all things Google (including Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and Merchant Services) and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including on-page and technical.
  • Experience in social media, influencer, and affiliate marketing.
  • Understands AI’s role in marketing and is committed to the continuation in understanding its evolving impact on marketing.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Utilizes Excel to record key metrics on opportunities and pipeline reporting. Can create detailed spreadsheets using formulas, pivots tables, and graphs.
  • Working knowledge of any of the following: MS Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
  • Prior experience in mass email marketing tools such as Constant Contact.
  • Familiarity in Project and Vendor Management.
  • Excited to participate in Team Development.
  • Understanding of ColdFusion programing language preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills; strong communication with attention to detail.
  • Open minded and receptive to feedback.
  • Adheres to and upholds Request A Test's Code of Conduct.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • $75-$95k salary range.
  • Full-time, in office position (Brecksville, OH).
  • Overtime is irregular but occasionally required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
