Job Description – Marketing Manager (B2C)
Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (within 30 minutes travel)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2C marketing, preferably in battery / automotive / consumer durable industry

This is a career-defining role for a Domestic Marketing Manager who can lead brand-building, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies while being grounded in execution.

You will:
Define how the brand is perceived in the domestic battery space.
Manage end-to-end marketing: digital, offline, trade shows, campaigns, and promotions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to design lead generation strategies.
Build a customer-first marketing strategy in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Design and implement B2C marketing campaigns to promote batteries in domestic markets.
Lead digital marketing: SEO, social media, paid ads, content creation.
Handle offline marketing: exhibitions, trade fairs, and dealer/retail engagement.
Develop marketing collateral: brochures, catalogs, product videos.
Conduct market research on customer needs and competitor activities.
Track campaign performance and ROI.
Support sales teams with lead generation and promotional materials.
Build and maintain the brand presence across domestic markets.
What Makes You a Fit:
Minimum 5 years of B2C marketing experience (battery, auto parts, consumer durables, or related).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO).
Creative mindset with ability to design impactful campaigns.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Reside within 30 minutes of Kandivali East.
Proactive, analytical, and result-oriented personality.
