Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, develop impactful strategies, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and support client objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) through engaging content strategies and calendars.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube), including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Provide support in content creation, including photography, graphic editing (Canva/Photoshop), and short-form video production (reels/stories).
- Establish and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and contribute to client acquisition strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate directly with senior management on strategic projects and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in digital marketing; prior experience within an agency or the fashion/creative industry is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, boosting, and managing advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Strong creative and strategic skills with the ability to conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in basic design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, and simple photo/video editing).
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
