Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and all-rounded Marketing Leader who can take ownership of building,managing, and scaling our brand presence in both offline and online platforms. The role involves strategizing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns, leading creative initiatives, and ensuring our brand consistently resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage website updates – new features, layouts, content, videos, and blogs – ensuring it stays SEO-friendly, user-friendly, and aligned with latest marketing trends.
  • Oversee SEO activities including on-page, off-page, backlinks, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve visibility in search engine rankings.
  • Lead creative campaigns by developing engaging content calendars, advertisements, infographics, visuals, and social media creatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand audience needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies for positioning the brand effectively.
  • Create and manage different content formats such as blog posts, articles, case studies, reels, and newsletters.
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Print & Digital creatives, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage and analyze social media performance, tracking KPIs and optimizing campaigns for better engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, operations) to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Bring in new viral trends and creative concepts to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
