Responsibilities

- Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, print advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create advertising sales strategies that boost revenue.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging marketing materials and content.
- Lead performance marketing efforts to maximize ROI on advertising spend through Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales performance and user experience.
- Utilize WordPress for website management and updates while ensuring optimal functionality.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing management role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including content marketing, B2B marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Strong understanding of HTML for basic website updates and troubleshooting.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively for informed decision-making.

- Experience in product management is preferred but not mandatory.
