Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Iranian market. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Farsi (both spoken and written) , with a strong understanding of local market dynamics. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the forex industry is required. This role can be based either from our Dubai office or worked remotely from Iran , and will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive client acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support business growth in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the Iranian market , aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • Localize global marketing content to ensure cultural and regulatory alignment in Iran.
  • Manage relationships with local partners, affiliates, and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Organize and support events, seminars, and webinars targeting Iranian clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and social media teams to ensure campaigns resonate with the Iranian audience.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, preparing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are fully compliant with company policies and local regulations.


Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Farsi (read, write, and speak) – this is a must.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the forex industry , ideally in a marketing or business development role.
  • Strong knowledge of Iranian market trends, client behaviors, and cultural dynamics.
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates .
  • Knowledge of financial regulations affecting forex marketing in the region.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
