Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth in the competitive real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, while building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Branding
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Establish brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication platforms.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events, etc.).
Oversee advertising, PR, events, roadshows, and property exhibitions.
Collaborate with sales teams to generate quality leads and increase conversions.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
Monitor and optimize performance of online campaigns for maximum ROI.
Track and analyze lead generation funnels and customer journeys.
Collaboration & Networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, channel partners, and agencies.
Negotiate with external vendors for cost-effective marketing solutions.
Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional activities.
Budget & Reporting
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing performance reports for management review.
Track KPIs such as brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of real estate industry trends, buyer behavior, and market dynamics.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Leadership qualities to build and guide a high-performing marketing team.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA / Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 58 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and MS Office.
Experience in handling luxury, residential, or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
