Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote Sparkle Holidays’ services, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (digital & offline) to drive bookings and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and travel platforms.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, travel fests, and seasonal offers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Create engaging content (blogs, social posts, reels, brochures, videos) showcasing destinations and packages.
  • Build partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, and tourism boards.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, CPL, engagement rates).
  • Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve set goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel & tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, content creation, and campaign management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team effectively.
