Key Responsibilities
- Brand Visibility & Campaign Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure strong brand presence in the marketplace, focusing on catchment areas to attract customers and increase sales 3.
- Marketing Calendar & Budget Management: Prepare an annual marketing calendar with planned campaigns and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective promotion activities 3.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, coordinating with cross-functional departments such as sales, product development, and retail stores 3.
- Media & Vendor Coordination: Interface with local media and external vendors for advertisements, public relations, and promotional events 2.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics: Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, social media, and email marketing; analyze campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed 2.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer preferences, tailoring marketing efforts accordingly 2.
- Product Promotion: Plan product launches and promotional activities to maximize visibility and sales for silk products or apparel collections
