This Role:

This specific role will be based within one of our client's offices - operating for Wingman, but acting in the capacity as the Marketing Manager for the client's business. Your day to day functions will be that of a typical in-house Marketing Manager, however you'll also play the conduit between the internal team at Wingman and the management within the client business.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Strategic Navigator: As a Marketing Manager, you'll guide our clients through the complex skies of marketing. You'll provide strategic insights and tactical advice on branding, campaigns, and marketing messages.
  • Foster Stellar Relationships: Your role is central to managing and nurturing our client relationships. You'll understand their vision and ensure their marketing goals are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Lead with Creativity and Flair: You'll have the opportunity to unleash your creative potential, contributing innovative ideas that shape our clients' marketing strategies, working with our in-house production team.
  • Manage with Precision: Oversee the execution of work product, ensuring quality and consistency, while keeping an eye on the details that matter.

Duties

- Oversee the creation of marketing assets for client campaigns - blogs, SEO, social media, emails and more
- Manage client relationships
- Assist in the creation of marketing strategies for clients
- Collate metrics and report successes
- Act as client advocate internally and as an extended team member to clients externally
- Help to retain clients through high levels of engagement and quality of work
- Execute campaign delivery - email campaigns, social media posts, direct mail, LinkedIn.

Location:
This is role is offered as hybrid office/remote role, with at least 3-days per week required at the client's site in Clark, New Jersey.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
