Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans that align with the hospital's overall goals and objectives.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient needs to identify opportunities and refine marketing efforts.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively and track campaign performance.

Community Engagement & Public Relations:

  • Community Outreach: Build relationships with local organizations and healthcare providers to raise awareness about the hospital's services.
  • Public Relations: Manage media relations and build relationships with journalists and other media outlets.
  • Patient Engagement: Develop strategies to retain and engage current patients.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost foot traffic, consultations, and patient volume.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Monitor campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Team Leadership:Manage and mentor marketing team members.
  • Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as clinical services and patient services, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
