Stability Properties LLC is a growing real estate company specializing in sales, rentals, and off-plan investments. We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects and company branding.

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels.

Coordinate with the sales team to create targeted lead generation campaigns.

Manage property listings, creative content, and promotional materials.

Organize marketing events, open houses, and exhibitions.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations.

Manage marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (real estate industry experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and lead generation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to deliver fresh campaign ideas.
