Marketing Manager

Role Purpose:
The Marketing Consultant/Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that strengthen the center’s brand identity, increase visibility, generate quality leads, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the education and training sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance the center’s brand identity across digital and offline platforms.
  • Manage social media channels, digital campaigns, and online community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions and sales teams to drive enrollment and lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and awareness activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education, training, or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • educational industry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
