Job description

Role & responsibilities :

What you’ll do: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and achieve business targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Prepare and manage annual/quarterly marketing budgets.
Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams/agencies to deliver engaging marketing material.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, events, print, etc.).
Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing ROI.
Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging and visual identity.
Ensure alignment of marketing materials with company values and goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to create lead-generation campaigns.
Coordinate with product teams for new launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

What we’re looking for:
✔ B. Pharm / D. Pharm with MBA in Marketing.
✔ 10–12 years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
✔ Strong expertise in campaign management, branding, and digital marketing.
✔ Experience in the Aesthetic, Cosmeceutical, or Dermatology industry preferred.
✔Analytical, creative, and result-driven leader with proven team management skills.

Preference will be given to Mumbai Based Candidate.
