Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead BirdEye’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with analytical skills, and play a key role in driving awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BirdEye’s business goals.

Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, PR).

Strengthen BirdEye’s brand presence across KSA and GCC markets.

Manage content creation, messaging, and storytelling for B2B audiences.

Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Collaborate with sales, product, and partnerships teams to ensure go-to-market alignment.

Lead BirdEye’s participation in key industry events (e.g., LEAP, NTDP, etc.).

Oversee marketing budget, vendors, and agency relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably SaaS, retail-tech, or B2B).

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Experience in the Saudi/GCC market is highly preferred.
