Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital platforms, managing budgets, and leading creative teams. This role requires a data-driven approach, creativity, and a passion for building brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development and Management: Design, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (including sales conversion and lead generation campaigns), Google, MNTN, DoorDash, and UberEats to maximize ROI.
- Analytics and Optimization: Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to track campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee an annual advertising budget of ~$100,000, ensuring efficient allocation of resources based on data-driven decisions.
- Social Media Strategy: Lead a social media team to create engaging, brand-consistent content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Customer Insights: Leverage social listening and customer feedback tools to inform marketing messaging and creative design.
- Email and SMS Marketing: Develop and execute effective email and text blast campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Brand Consistency: Manage and coordinate brand presentation and messaging across all internal and external channels, including Toast POS, Incentivio (app platform), Delphi (digital menu platform), Ovation (customer feedback platform), third-party delivery platforms, and business listings on social media, Google, Apple Maps, Yelp!, and more.
- Website Optimization: Direct website design and optimization efforts to enhance user experience and align with marketing goals.
- Creative Direction: Guide creative teams in producing high-quality marketing collateral, including product photography, video ads, and graphic design for digital and print media.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams and tech support team to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta and Google, including sales conversion and lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to optimize marketing performance.
- Experience using social listening and customer feedback tools to shape marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage an advertising budget of $50,000+ annually.
- Strong background in creating email and text blast campaigns.
- Experience directing website design and optimization.
- Demonstrated success in leading creative teams for projects such as product photography, video ads, and graphic design.
- Experience managing social media teams to produce resonant, brand-consistent content.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.

Headquarters: Morehead City, NC
Work Arrangement: Working at our office headquarters is preferred, but we are open to remote work for the right candidate.
