The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to bring brand partnerships to life across our roster of professional athletes. You’ll scout opportunities, pitch deals, and activate campaigns, think of it as your canvas: sports meet lifestyle meet culture, and you’re the storyteller. Reporting directly to the CEO and Director of Marketing, you will play a key role in transforming brands into cultural and entertainment powerhouses.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to source new marketing and content opportunities, build and manage brand relationships, and guide partners through campaign development.
- Strategically package opportunities to include talent, promotion/marketing, and measurable ROI.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and lifestyle channels.
- Collaborate with EAG agents and clients to deliver high-impact, cohesive campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3–6 years of marketing management experience in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle marketing and branded content creation
- Solid understanding of content development processes, including pre-development, negotiation, and production.
- Familiarity with sports, entertainment, and marketing revenue-generation strategies in a corporate or agency environment.
- Knowledge of distribution channels and strategies, including digital platforms and traditional media.
- Experience in strategic, creative, and business development within marketing and entertainment contexts.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, brands, and talent.
- Strong creative skills to contribute to and lead the development of original content ideas.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and partnerships.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to manage partnerships with agents, talent, brands, and production partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in budget management and making cost-effective marketing decisions.
- Adaptability to evolving market trends, audience preferences, and business needs.
- Ability to collaborate with and support the Director of Marketing while taking ownership of campaign execution.
