Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager will drive growth in brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement for PND Fine Industries. This person will develop and implement marketing strategies across our product lines (idols, novelties, stationery, gift/decorative items) and services (metalizing, powder coating), ensuring consistent brand positioning, penetrating new markets, supporting the sales team, and maximizing return on marketing investments.

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctionResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop annual / quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.

  • Identify target markets, customer segments, new product/service opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research and trend monitoring to inform strategy.Brand Management Manage brand image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—product packaging, digital presence, print materials, exhibitions, etc.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different products / services.Product Development Support

Work closely with production / R&D to launch new products / designs.

  • Coordinate sample approvals, ensure market readiness (design, quality, features).Promotions & Campaigns Plan and execute promotional campaigns (seasonal, festival, trade fairs etc.).
  • Oversee digital marketing activities: social media, email, website content, SEO/SEM.
  • Manage offline marketing: print ads, brochures, catalogs, exhibitions/events.Sales & Channel Support

Support sales team with tools, collateral, and strategies. Lead, mentor and coordinate with internal marketing/execution staff or agencies.

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, trade partners.
  • Track sales performance and adjust marketing inputs accordingly.Budget & ROI Management Prepare and manage the marketing budget—allocate resources for digital, offline, events etc.
  • Track metrics: campaign effectiveness, cost per acquisition, conversion rates; iterate based on data.Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, finance, supply chain for smooth execution of marketing plans.Customer & Market Insight Gather customer feedback, understand preferences and pain points.
  • Analyze market demand to suggest product updates or new launches.
  • Monitor pricing, competitor moves, market trends.Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred (optional).
  • Experience: Typically 4-7 years (or more) of marketing experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics, decorative/gift items, or consumer products. Experience in value-added services (e.g. metalizing / coating) is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital marketing knowledge (social media, SEO, content, online ads) & traditional marketing experience.
  • Ability to analyze data & metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity: for product launch, promotions, packaging, branding.
  • Project management: capable of handling multiple campaigns concurrently with tight deadlines.
  • Other Attributes:
  • Ability to travel (for exhibitions, clients, etc.).
  • Orientation towards cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Leadership skills: team coordination, mentoring.Reporting & Working Relations
  • Reports to: Managing Director or Head of Business (depending on company structure)
  • Works closely with: Sales team; Production & Quality; Supply Chain / Operations; Finance; Design / R&D (if applicable)

  • Sales volume growth and revenue from marketing-supported products/services
  • Brand awareness metrics (online reach, engagement, inquiries etc.)
  • Number of new accounts / clients acquired
  • Return on Marketing Investment (campaign ROI, cost per lead / sale)
  • Product launch success (time-to-market, uptake)
  • Customer satisfaction / feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,726.03 - ₹25,059.72 per month
