About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Brand Executive to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, strengthen our brand presence, and drive audience engagement for our events and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand management, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage external vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent visual and verbal identity for all events.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, PR, and paid media.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver marketing collateral (brochures, decks, banners, videos, etc.).
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Coordination: Curate and coordinate thought leadership content, speaker highlights, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes promotions.
  • Audience Engagement: Run pre-event countdowns, influencer collaborations, and on-ground branding experiences to maximize participation.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and report KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ticket sales.
  • Coordination: Work closely with sales, sponsorship, and event operations teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency.
  • Vendor & Agency Liaison: Manage external partners for printing, video production, PR, or media buying.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or event promotions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media trends.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
  • Experience in managing agencies/vendors will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
