Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and develop effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts to enhance online visibility and organic traffic.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising.
- Lead multichannel marketing initiatives, integrating digital, print, and e-commerce strategies.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content for campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support advertising sales and B2B marketing efforts.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Write engaging copy for various platforms including websites (WordPress), blogs, and print advertising.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including content marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML for website updates and enhancements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive communication.
- Experience in product management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
