We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Plan, manage, and execute B2B Sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to align marketing with business objectives.
• Plan marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in printing, publishing, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office;.
• Candidates from same industry will be preferred.
