Marketing Manager

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities. The person will plan and execute campaigns, manage the marketing team, and help grow the company’s brand and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Own the overall marketing calendar (digital + offline).
• Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with ads manager, designers, SEO, and sales team.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, product launches, farmer outreach, influencer tie-ups.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and advertising.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and ROI.
• Report to management with strategy & execution updates
• Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and traditional marketing techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
