Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai.
Purpose:
As a Marketing Manager in the UAE office, your primary purpose is to oversee and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives in the UAE market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, managing campaigns, and coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and driving growth for the organization in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products or services in the UAE market.
- Coordinate internal events.
- Coordinate Omnycomm product updates.
- Coordinate with external agencies & vendors for digital marketing & events.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
- Manage the Marketing Studio Team.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to marketing activities in the UAE.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
