The Galley, a fast-paced, innovative company based in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a highly motivated, creative Marketing Manager. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and has experience creating and managing social media and digital content, including writing, with, ideally, some graphic design skills.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating closely with the Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of a wide range of Marketing initiatives, including social media, video content, dealer communication, influencer marketing, email campaigns, website updates, events, and other Marketing efforts. You will produce written, visual, and video content that engages audiences, strengthens relationships with dealers and influencers, and brings The Galley brand to life across all channels.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok), including planning, posting, engagement, and analytics.
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for social media, emails, website content, marketing materials, and influencer communications.
- Produce digital content, including graphics, photography, and video, collaborating with the Graphic Designer to maintain brand standards.
- Maintain strong communication with current and potential dealers.
- Co-manage relationships with influencers and identify/acquire new influencers aligned with the brand.
- Support email marketing campaigns, content for The Galley Blog, and website updates.
- Assist in coordinating dealer events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
- Ensure consistent branding, visual standards, and messaging across all materials and campaigns.
- Assist in creating sales and marketing materials, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social engagement, provide insights, and iterate to improve results.
- Take ownership of projects, contributing to Brand Marketing Plan goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, including social media management, content creation, copywriting, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in marketing, branding, and social media trends across multiple platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Coachable, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills
- Brand planning experience
- Experience with Graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva), video editing (iMovie, CapCut, or similar) and photography.
- Experience with influencer marketing, email campaigns, and website management (WordPress or similar).
- Familiarity with Apple OS, HubSpot, and Google AdWords/SEO
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Vendor management experience
