Job Summary:

We’re seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen our presence in the plumbing and HVAC supply industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for B2B and B2C customers.
• Manage digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media, PPC, website content).
• Oversee branding and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate promotions, trade shows, and in-store marketing efforts.
• Work with vendors, reps, and internal teams to promote products and generate leads.
• Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience (experience in plumbing/HVAC, wholesale, or construction industries is a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently.
• Graphic design or content creation skills a bonus.
