POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive qualified leads, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
The Marketing Manager will design and execute integrated marketing strategies that balance demand generation, brand marketing, and collateral management. This role requires a data-driven, resourceful marketer capable of building scalable systems that deliver high-quality leads, elevate the Agave brand, and support revenue growth.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive conversion and revenue growth.
- Source, qualify, and nurture leads through inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Manage multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, webinars, social media, content syndication, paid media) with measurable pipeline impact.
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to target high-value accounts.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion, CPL, and campaign ROI; adjust strategies based on data insights.
Brand Marketing & Visibility
- Develop and execute a brand marketing strategy positioning Agave as a FinTech thought leader.
- Create high-impact content (case studies, white papers, landing pages, social posts, video, webinars) that educates, engages, and converts prospects.
- Manage Agave’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and association memberships to build visibility and market share.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and campaigns.
- Test and optimize new brand marketing tactics to strengthen Agave’s identity, credibility, and awareness.
Marketing Collateral, Events & Design
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external designers/agencies to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, client workshops, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop engaging event-specific materials and digital assets to maximize attendee engagement and lead capture.
- Ensure all collateral and event design align with brand guidelines and reinforce Agave’s messaging and positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Joint Partnership development for key partnerships.
- Partner with Sales to define target audiences, refine buyer personas, and align marketing activities with revenue goals.
- Work with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to highlight customer wins, case studies, and value propositions.
- Continuously improve marketing processes, leveraging analytics, automation, and innovative tools
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Delivering an Est. 1000 New Pre-Qualified Sales Leads (MQLs) per quarter.
- Delivering an Est. 100 Qualified Leads per quarter.
- Achieving an Est. 10–15% lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Driving at least 30% of the total sales pipeline through marketing-generated leads.
- Increasing website traffic by 20%, social engagement by 15%, and email open/click rates by 10% within 6–12 months.
- Securing 2–3 new high-quality lead sources or partnerships per quarter.
- Enhance brand visibility through measurable increases in:
- Social followers, engagement, and content reach
- Event participation and industry recognition
- Thought leadership content consumption
- Successfully deliver high-quality marketing collateral and event assets on time and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience with proven expertise in lead generation, sourcing, and demand creation.
- Experience working in Payment, FinTech, Banking, or Insurance industries a plus.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, VBOUT, Google Analytics, IRIS CRM).
- Strong track record in generating qualified leads and supporting B2B/B2C sales teams.
- Ability to create and manage campaigns across paid and organic digital channels.
- Exceptional communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable results.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and start-up environments wearing multiple hats.
