About the Position

1.0 Position Description:

Bodypoint’s Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization. This role focuses on coordinating, organizing, and working closely with leadership and maintaining clear communication with the sales team to meet defined marketing objectives. The Marketing Manager contributes strategically to product launches and branding, social media presence, vendor management, relationship nurturing, collateral management, and a variety of other creative requests.

1.1 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design digital, print, and large-scale assets using Adobe Creative Suite and a large variety of digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Manage documents in Bodypoint’s control database and content libraries.
  • Develop assets and marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Photograph and update images, graphics, videos, and other assets.
  • Plan and analyze social media, email, and advertising campaigns.
  • Organize and attend trade shows and company events.
  • Manage event promotions, lead generation, and feedback.
  • Generate monthly KPI reports using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics.
  • Nurture relationships with partners, end users, and industry affiliates.
  • Directly manage contracted vendors, driving outsourced creative projects.
  • Manage webinars, digital tools, and content to support educational initiatives.
  • Produce informative, promotional, testimonial, and other videos.
  • Update website blog, events, news, products, partner vault, and other pages.
  • Assist with budget management, administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

1.2 Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities:

This position has no internal supervisory duties currently.

POSITION requirements

2.0 Required Education or Experience:

· BS in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

· 5+ years of marketing experience and strong project management skills.

2.1 Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:

· Not applicable

2.2 Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in website and social media management, with a creative outlook.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic desktop publishing; and graphic design skills.
  • Willingness to travel and present at trade shows, company events, and conferences.

2.3 Physical Activities and Demands:

  • Light physical effort; occasional travel and event attendance
  • Office-based with standard sitting (most of the time), standing (some of the time), and computer work (most of the time)
  • Continuously repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Ability to identify and distinguish colors
  • Ability to see clearly at 20” or less and adjust focus
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. (some of the time)

3.0 Work Location Type:

  • Hybrid/remote flexibility may be available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
