Marketing Strategy & Budgeting:
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy for both online and offline.
Applying the 7P of Marketing:
Promotion: Sales Promotions, Discounts ideas, Vouchers.
Product: Availabilities and after sales
Place: Targeting strategies based on demographic data, Geographical Spot locations, suggest new location to expand
Price: Develop Pricing Strategies: Payment methods, suggest offers.
People: Influencers, Poster installation, Models
Process: Design features, (websites)
Physical evidence: Shopping bags designs
Social Media Strategy
- Social media post and campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Tiktok, WhatsApp, LinkedIn SMS, email and ETC) Marketing tools (Google Analytics) Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) E-commerce
- Scrutinizing the details and designs from the graphic designers for the post
- Scheduling the products to be post on the all the social media platforms category wise.
- Monitor social media content.
- Google Analytics
- Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
Brand Awareness
- Engaging influencers in exchange of the post, videos and recommendation from them for the boosting of our brand.
- Improving Brand Image.
- Improving Branding Customer Service.
- Improving the company profile.
- Develop More awareness of what the company offer.
Marketing Campaigns
- Lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns.
- Improve Marketing efforts to increase sales.
- Presenting Sales Promotion ideas like Sales discounts, Vouchers, gift cards and many more to be discussed with the operation and budget team with the General manager approval.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing advertising, product design and product development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns.
Publicity:
- Coordinating with Mall Management for any events, sponsorships, sales, and some advertisement.
- Coordinating with mall Management for the Suitable Advertisement needed for promotions (Videos, Tarp, Posters, Leaflets, ETC).
- Create advertising campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Making content for the Sponsorship/ Campaigns in all social media platforms.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
Visual Merchandising:
- Monitor Market Trends.
- Conducting Photoshoots and product capturing for the Advertisement like new collections, new arrivals.
- Coordinating with the VM regarding events and seasons.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website, posters.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Offline Marketing:
- Managing the marketing materials.
- Coordinating with concern authorities for the Outdoor advertising like Street posters, video slides.
Customer Service
- Hand and hand checking the customer feedbacks for the complaints and suggestions replies together with the customer service team.
Managing the Team:
- Marketing managers oversee a team. As their subordinate’s present ideas for new marketing campaigns, evaluates them and determines their validity based on budgeting concerns and potential for success.
- Directing the Marketing team to have the needed promotion post, materials and resources on the specified timing and date for the promotion.
Sales:
- Training and Development for the Sales Staff for the keynote of the Marketing customer service approach.
- Trainings (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
Arabic speaker required.
