Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing research and innovation initiatives to identify new market opportunities.
- Develop and execute smart sales and marketing strategies powered by AI insights.
- Manage SalesIQ platforms and integrate AI-driven engagement for customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee AdOn services and other digital platforms to maximize campaign performance.
- Implement AI-based tools to support staff efficiency, service quality, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company ahead in digital marketing innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of AI-based marketing tools, CRM systems, and SalesIQ platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AdTech platforms, digital marketing, and automation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
