Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing research and innovation initiatives to identify new market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute smart sales and marketing strategies powered by AI insights.
  • Manage SalesIQ platforms and integrate AI-driven engagement for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee AdOn services and other digital platforms to maximize campaign performance.
  • Implement AI-based tools to support staff efficiency, service quality, and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company ahead in digital marketing innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-based marketing tools, CRM systems, and SalesIQ platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AdTech platforms, digital marketing, and automation.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
