In a fast-paced environment, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to boost market penetration and unlock potential market in USA. The Marketing Manager work with closely with our sales team, broker & distribution partners, and outside agencies to help elevate the various brands currently under the Enesis portfolio, as well as the new products.

Reporting to the General Manager of North America, the Marketing Manager will be an instrumental leadership role that helps not just the brand recognition, but also the brand distribution to unlock the market potential in USA.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
  • Lead brand campaigns across multiple channels (digital, retail, and traditional media).
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and cross-functional teams to align strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and present results to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing manager, preferably within beverage or cosmetic company.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer insights, brand management, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

This position is based in Los Angeles, CA and requires on-site presence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
