- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive business growth
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Lead content creation, digital marketing, social media, and advertising efforts
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing with business goals
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Graphic design or content creation background
- Familiarity with B2B/B2C marketing strategies
- PR and media relations experience
