Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and result-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing initiatives of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans that increase brand visibility, drive footfall, and enhance guest engagement — both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Branding:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the hotel’s business goals.
  • Maintain brand integrity and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the hotel’s positioning and branding initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage all digital platforms including the hotel website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Drive engagement and growth across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with agencies or in-house teams for content creation, photography, and videography.

Public Relations & Events:

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Plan and execute press releases, influencer collaborations, and media events.
  • Organize in-house promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and partnership activations.

Revenue & Campaign Management:

  • Design marketing campaigns to support room bookings, F&B promotions, banqueting, and special offers.
  • Monitor ROI on marketing spends and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.
  • Liaise with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Identify new market opportunities and suggest innovative ideas for promotions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms is a plus.
