Marketing Manager

India

The Marketing Manager reports to the CEO and oversees the hospital’s marketing, referral, corporate, and PR activities through dedicated teams and is in charge of the following.

  • Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth:

Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget with clear revenue and patient acquisition targets. Identify and execute marketing initiatives to achieve these objectives.

  • Brand Promotion & Outreach:

Promote hospital services and specialty departments through referral networks, corporate tie-ups, institutions, and community programs. Strengthen engagement with doctors, nursing homes, TPAs, and insurance partners to drive patient inflow.

  • Campaigns & Events:

Plan and execute health camps, CME programs, press meets, and other promotional events to increase visibility and awareness of hospital services.

  • Public Relations & Media:

Manage relationships with media houses and agencies to ensure effective publicity, brand positioning, and reputation management. Handle press releases, advertorials, and image control measures when required.

  • Corporate & Institutional Relations:

Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, and public sector organizations for empanelment's, preventive health packages, and employee health programs.

  • Performance & Reporting:

Monitor and report on marketing activities, outreach performance, and ROI. Provide regular updates to management and recommend improvements based on market insights.

  • Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and guide the referral and PR teams to ensure alignment with hospital goals. Coordinate internally with departments to ensure seamless patient experience and service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
